1. Our Promise & Final Sale Policy

Hi Alune girlie! We are so happy you chose us.

Because we care deeply about your well-being and maintaining the highest hygiene standards for our entire active community, our Pilates Grip Socks are considered Final Sale. This means we aren't able to offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, or for sizing/color reasons.

We promise that every pair you receive is absolutely brand new, clean, and perfect just for you.

 

2. Our 30-Day Happiness Replacement (For Defects)

If the socks you receive aren't perfectly up to Alune Active standards, don't worry—we've got you covered.

A. Noticing a Little Oopsie?

If your order arrives with a manufacturing hiccup (like a stain, a little tear, or loose threading), please let us know within 30 days of when you received your lovely package.

  • Please send us an email right away with your order number and a photo showing the issue.

B. Resolution & Shipping

Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, we will resolve it promptly:

  • Action: We will send you a replacement of the same item. If the item is sold out, we will issue a full Store Credit for the purchase price.

  • Shipping: Alune Active will cover all shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item to you.

3. Policy Disclaimer

Items damaged due to wear, incorrect washing, or normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for replacement.
